What is Theratrak? 

Theratrak is a platform where therapists can prescribe, track and monitor home therapy programs for participants. These programs might be for participants who are in regular therapy services, in regional areas, or for families that are stuck on waitlists.

Participants are encouraged to complete their activities at home via an app with gamification features and friendly characters. 

By integrating Theratrak with coreplus, therapists can support their participants at home and can save time by copying home program details across to participant case notes.

How does Theratrak work? 

Theratrak has three platforms:

• The Clinic Portal where therapists manage clinic data, therapists, participants and activities. 
• The Therapist app where each allied health professional can create and send programs within therapy sessions. some text
  • Therapists can select from hundreds of pre-loaded activities or can create custom activities personalised for each participant during sessions. 
• Participants download the app from the app store on their device, login, then follow along with their home therapy program as prescribed by their therapist. some text
  • The Theratrak Participant App is available for free download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 

How long does it take to use Theratrak? 

The quickest some therapists have created a program is just over 1 minute. Most therapists spend between 2-5 minutes creating and sending programs. However, therapists might not seem to notice this time as therapists can build the program during sessions with participants. 

Programs to support waitlists can take more time to organise and set up. Once a program is created, it can be easily duplicated and reused in future.
